Support & Technical Questions
For years HUB has offered superior technical support to its customers. Included in the price of our equipment is the necessary support for start up and maintenance for the first year of operation. All equipment comes with operation and maintenance manuals. HUB is happy to assist you with any questions you may have. We may have to bill you for our time depending on the issues at hand but we will advise you of any cost associated with support before it is provided.
Ordering
All heavy equipment is built to order and can be shipped anywhere. Most equipment orders require some custom options. Call us to determine the specifics for your order. Lead time from ordering to delivery is typically 8 weeks.
We stock many smaller items.
Terms & Payment Information
Prepayment is required on all orders. All payments must be made in US funds. A deposit is required on all equipment orders, and full payment is required before delivery.
HUB accepts Master Card, Visa, American Express, money orders and personal checks.
A $35.00 fee is charged for all returned checks.
All prices are subject to change.
Crating & Shipping
All equipment is FOB Orwell, VT. We ship your equipment freight collect unless other arrangements are made. We ship UPS, FedEx, and Motor Freight. For equipment requiring installation by HUB, we can often arrange delivery at a significant discount. All equipment shipped motor freight requires crating. Crating on equipment ranges $100-$500 per piece.
HUB can ship equipment anywhere.

On-Site Jobs
IF on-site work is required for construction or installation of your HUB equipment, we will provide you with a detailed estimate of these expenses upon request. The cost of equipment does not include any on-site expenses.
Warranty
All equipment and devices HUB distributes carry the manufacturer’s warranty, usually one year. All HUB equipment is guaranteed free of defects in workmanship and materials for one year. Refractory castings break down in normal operation and carry only a 60 day warranty. Specific warranty information is available for each piece of equipment.

Returns & Exchanges
All returns and exchanges must be authorized by HUB. Minimum 20% restocking fee applies. Refunds are made on orders returned within 10 days in original condition only. All other returns are for HUB credit only. No exchanges are available on custom orders; we will, however, do what we can to ensure your satisfaction. We make every effort to keep our customers satisfied.
